You must be at least 18 years old to use Duncit. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and not impersonate others.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
- Post illegal, sexually explicit, or hateful content.
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools.
- Attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
3. Content ownership
You own what you post. By posting, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host and display your content as needed to operate the service.
4. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from in-app settings.
5. Disclaimers
Duncit is provided "as is." We don't guarantee uninterrupted service or specific outcomes from connections you make.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Duncit's liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months (or USD $50 if you're a free user).
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
